INAUGURATED THE NEW ACCES ROAD OF THE C-32 OF MATARÓ WEST

The new C-32 acces road executed by Romero Polo, in a temporary joint venture with Sacyr, is already operational. The new infrastructue has been carried out with the aim of achieving greater traffic fluidity in connection with the Mataró Oeste link.  This action consists on the second and last phase of a project with investment of ten million euros which began to execute Romero Polo in the same collaboration in 2016.

The result of the project consists on an access road adjacent to the exit of the C-32 towards Barcelona and two new roundabouts that improve the accessibility of the traffic from the streets: Bruselas, Estrasburgo and Torrent de les Piques. Thanks to the new infrastructure, the congestion is solved in the square of Gran Bretaña and moreover, the traffic caused by the mobility generated by the Mataró Parc shopping center is improved.

The new link road has been inagurated by the secretary of Infrastructure and Mobility of the Generalitat, Isidre Gavín, together with the mayor of Mataró, David Bote, the general director of Abertis Autopistes, Anna Bonet and the general director of Infraestructures de Mobilitat, Xavier Flores.
