ROMERO POLO BEGINS THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PISUERGA STREET IN BARCELONA

BIMSA has awarded Romero Polo the work of redevelopment and refurbishment of Carrer Pisuerga, in Barcelona (District of Les Corts). The new project incorporates mobility, accessibility and lighting conditions adapted to the needs of today’s society. The traffic lights and some services of the environment will also be improved, so that the overall result will be in accordance with the sustainability criteria that govern the new municipal actions.

Another of the relevant actions of this project is that a new section of roadway will be enabled, incorporating a bicycle lane, a parking area and a one-way road with one of the sidewalks extended to ten meters. Also, an area with large parterres is planned, complemented by a playground for healthy games

The total amount of the project is 1.1 million euros and the duration of the works will be 8 months.
