PAPSA WILL CARRY OUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW SENIOR CITIZEN SERVICES CENTER IN EJEA DE LOS CABALLEROS

PAPSA has been awarded the contract for the execution of the new Senior Citizen Services Center project, promoted by the Ejea de los Caballeros City Council.

The project combines the construction of a new main building with the adaptation of external accesses, aiming to expand and modernize the municipal care offer and promote a new model of person-centered care.

This intervention stands out for the execution of a fully accessible architectural design, featuring high-efficiency facades and climate control systems to ensure the building’s sustainability, as well as maximum thermal and acoustic comfort for users.

The new facilities, which will occupy an area of 2,500 m², will feature a main area divisible into different communal zones. This setup will allow the simultaneous development of therapies, rehabilitation, and recreational activities, in addition to new medical care rooms and dining areas distributed across two floors.
